You can use the following link to install the app:

The link will make the process clear, which essentially consists of two steps:
- First you have to install TestFlight. You can either find TestFlight in the app store, or follow the link above.
- Once TestFlight is installed, you open the link above on your iPad from the Safari browser. (you do not need a redeem code for TestFlight)
